Welcome to The Old Bakery Apartments. The accommodation is for a holiday only; these properties are not a temporary or permanent residential lets and should not be mistaken for them.

Prices and Payment

  • All payments are accepted through Stripe.
  • Full booking amount required 6 weeks before your reserved date. Full booking amount required immediately if booking a date within 6 weeks.
  • A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure a reservation.
  • If the final payment is not made 6 weeks before arrival the reservation will be regarded as no longer required, cancelled and deposit retained.

Cancellation Policy

  • We highly recommend taking out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy readily available on the internet such as; coverforyou.com or a similar company because offer no cancellation refunds whatsoever for any reason.
  • We do not provide any service for holiday date swapping.

Pets

  • We do not accept any pets of any nature in our apartments.

Arrival and Departures

  • Check in from 3PM on arrival date.
  • Check out 10AM departure date (late check out fees apply)
  • A secure luggage drop room is available on request for a small fee should you wish to spend your last day in the town.

Damages and breakages

  • By booking all guests confirm they are responsible and liable for all breakages and damages caused as a result of their stay at the accommodation, and must immediately report all or any damage or breakages.
  • Any type of damage or breakages are to be reported immediately to enable swift repair or replacement for our next guests. If you do not report any breakages or damages, we may add any additional charges incurred.
  • Upon booking with us you will be charged a security deposit fee, this will be returned to you after your stay with us, unless anything is broken or damaged.

Liability

  • We are not held liable or responsible for any damages, loss or injury to any persons or belongings whilst in our accommodation. Your personal items are not insured on our premises for damage or theft.

House rules

  • Only the persons who have booked with us may stay in our accommodation, therefore there will be an appropriate surcharge for each and every other guest found to be staying overnight.
  • We have a zero tolerance for any smoking and or vaping in our premises and any guest will be asked to leave immediately and a cleaning odorization charge will be applied
  • We ask that you respect other guests in the building and do not have loud music playing.
  • Hen, Stag, similar parties or group events are strictly prohibited and failure to adhere to this house rule will attract immediate vacation
  • Guests over 14yrs of age are welcome with a responsible adult.
  • The apartment should be left in a clean and tidy condition, all windows and doors closed and locked, all electricity appliances off, all taps, heating and all lighting off.
  • Anyone causing a nuisance to other guests will have to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.

Data

  • Any data that we gather during your booking process may be used by us for the purpose of your booking and future marketing of any of our or related business.

WiFi Terms and Conditions

  • By using and/or activating service with us you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the agreement, do not use the service.
  • All services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the service is fault free or fit for any particular purpose, or that our system is secure. You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the service.
  • We will always try to make the service available, but it may be interrupted, limited or curtailed due to maintenance and repair work, transmission or equipment limitations/failures that we will not be held responsible for.
  • We reserve the right at all times to withdraw the Service, change the specifications or manner of use of the Service, to change access codes, usernames, passwords or other security information necessary to access the service.
