Welcome to our apartment in the heart of Llandudno with everything you need for a luxury and enjoyable stay! Just a brief stroll from the train or bus station, with great cafés, pubs, bars and clubs on your doorstep, the Great Orme and the spectacular beaches. All famous Llandudno attractions such as The Famous Victorian Tram, The Victorian Pier and longest Cabin Lift in the UK, The Outdoor Ski Slope, The Famous Promenade are all walking distance! Perfect for a convenient, luxury and relaxing stay to enjoy our beautiful town and beyond.

Living area: The first thing that catches your eye in this large room is the exceptionally large windows, letting in bright natural light throughout, with full drop blinds for that cosy feel. There are two large 3 seater comfortable sofas for relaxing (note: these sofas are not sofa beds) and watching your favourite films and shows on the smart tv. Prestige solid wood dining table with a chair for each guest. There are many board games for yourself and family and friends to battle against each other in, or immerse yourself in one of the selection of different books, and relax on the soft sofas with a plush blanket and lose track of time.

Kitchen: Elegant, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen area with light stone-coloured cupboards which contrast beautifully with our glossed black oven and electric stoves. Hanging lights keep this area well-lit for any food preparation. Kitchen utensils and essentials are provided. Spacious fridge-freezer and a microwave. We include a first-night essentials welcome pack.

Main bedroom: Large windows let natural light brighten this bedroom in the mornings, leaving you feeling energised for any activities the day has in store. There is a comfortable queen-size bed that you will not want to wake up from and 1 adult sized bunk beds, 2 sets of spacious solid oak wood chest of drawers for all of your clothes and belongings, solid wood vanity unit with mirror and seating, bed side tables with dimmable cozy night lights and a wall mounted smart tv to watch all your favourite shows and film on or discover something new you may like.

Bedroom 2: This cosy room has a queen-size bed, a window that lets in bright light throughout the day, an open wardrobe rack with clothes rail and shelves, a solid oak wood chest of drawers for clothes and belongings, two bedside tables with cosy dimmable night lights and a wall-mounted smart tv for you to watch shows and movies and relax.

Bathroom: This apartment has a very modern and bright tiled bathroom with a bathtub and shower to wash away the day in ready to relax on the sofas and wind down for the evening…or even to get ready for a big night out in one of the many venues in the town centre. This bathroom also has a mirror, a wash basin and a towel heater/radiator. 

We are available 7 days a week during your stay between 10 am and 4.30 pm. Feel free to contact us during that time for any help or information you may need, and outside these times for emergencies only.

•  Age Limit: No guests under the age of 12 years old
• Supervision: If bringing minors, you are legally responsible for their supervision
• Smoking Policy: No smoking anywhere on the premises
• Vaping Policy: No vaping anywhere on the premises
• Fire Escape Obstruction: No pushbikes / Mobility scooters, Suitcases or anything similar left in any hallways
• Pet Policy: No pets or animals of any nature anywhere on the premises.
• Respect the number of guests: do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed in the booking staying overnight
• Check-in/out: adhere to the host’s designated times and return keys promptly (there is a late stay option for safe baggage storage).
• Damage: You are responsible for damages and must pay for valid damage claims.
• Cleanliness: leave the place tidy, avoiding excessive cleaning needs.
